Had a most memorable day, visiting some of the Top Ends pristine flood plains and tidal river systems ,seen salt water crocodiles up to 4 meters, various species of fish feeding and jumping ,the famous Jabiru, magnificent Sea Eagles to name a few, Flo is a dedicated guide, friendly, included us all , in his humorous out look ,always smiling and was determined to locate the allusive Barra, he provide the goods, with a freshly made wrap stuck in my mouth and two hands on the Barra rod the Barra battled very hard, jumping out of the water, I finally reeled in the 1 mtr Barra in, thanks Flo I highly recommend you and I will be back.

Captain Flo and his partner Cindy made our barramundi fishing experience terrific. Very friendly and helpful in all aspects, from information regarding pick up to helping in the boat. Also, the food was delicious! A fun and successful day. We totally recommend them!

Fantastic day, the experience was worth every cent. Got to see beautiful parts of Darwin on the water. Flo (Floran) the captain and owner was absolutely amazing, loves his fishing, happy and friendly. Explained in detail how to fish, what to look for and happy to share stories and a laugh. Supplied cold water, snacks, ice, boat is in excellent condition with a canopy and seats. I will be definitely booking another trip when I visit Darwin again. Thank you Flo 👍😁

Best half day fishing you could ask for. My brother and I went fishing w Flo & Cindy today What an experience Flo had so much local knowledge & he landed us on the Barra and trevally had food for us plus super hospitable. The hosts made us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend them enough. We will be going fishing with this lot again.

Full day trip with the boys. Never been Barra fishing before and we landed 5 big Barra on one day great company. Great captain and deckhand easy going, plenty of laughs which always makes the day good. Cooked up fresh Barra on the BBQ for lunch. 3 people on the boat never been Barra fishing and we all left with a fish each smallest was 70cm cannot recommended this boat enough money well spent, and memories made that will last a lifetime!! Thanks again best in business!!!

Full day on the Finniss. We were all picked up at our accommodation by Flo, travelled to the Finniss River and set on our way, huge crocodiles spotted along the riverbanks. Fished with lures and ended up with 5 nice Barra on the turn of the tide. Flo filleted and cooked one for our lunch, as good as it gets. Great day with good people, Flo was on his game all day, made sure we all had what we needed. Go with the Flo, you won’t be disappointed.

We Highly recommend Flo & Cindy from Barra Private Tours. My 2 sons & I are still talking about our full day trip 1 week later. From the great local knowledge & their amazing boat, we caught fantastic Barra & HUGE mud crabs. Being a international chef was also Flo’s best kept secret when he cooked up the best ever Barra wraps - it was out of this world. I could go on & on about how much fun we had - do yourself a favour & book your self a full day tour……You will have an awesome time. Had an awesome day out, two fish caught off the bucket list. Floran was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Barra private tours. such a beautiful scenery of wildlife and nature.

Had a full day with Captain Flo on Corroboree Billabong … had a great day searching for the elusive Barra and Saratoga…plenty of food, snacks and drinks to keep us hydrated. Captain Flo looked after my partner who was a first-time fisher and ended up having a great day.

Flo was such an amazing guide. Felt we had a great fishing guide, ‘safari’ guide and chef all in one person. He was very knowledgeable about where’s good to fish, and pointed out all the various Australian wild life to us. Went above and beyond to make sure we all had as good a time as we can. Even for a non-die hard fisherman like me, ( unlike my husband and son who are passionate fishermen), I had the most amazing time. Would definitely recommend him

Family full day fishing trip. What a brilliant day. On the fish within 5 minutes of casting in. Caught barra, catfish, threadfin salmon. Saw crocs, dolphins, amazing birdlife and beautiful river scenery. A real treat to have our own catch cooked by Captain Flo. Thanks for an amazing experience. Such a worthwhile day with my family.

Great afternoon fishing off Darwin. What a cracking day out with Flo. Had our first Spanish mackerel in the boat within 15 mins. Then continued to see heaps of action and catch all day. Definitely recommend! So much better than a big charter. John

Captain and Cindy took care of all our requirements and made the day a very enjoyable and memorable one. We hope to have better fishing next time we are there as the river is super . The captain was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and tried all options to get a big fish. We unfortunately had bad weather and could do nothing about it . We did catch a salmon for dinner and enjoyed that. Looking forward to coming back.
